Most transformations fail in the gap between strategy and adoption. Closing that gap is what I do.
I'm a strategy and transformation executive with 25+ years building organizations that scale and strategies that stick. My track record spans enterprise-wide operating model redesigns, post-merger integrations, and strategic change initiatives for Fortune 500 and high-growth companies across life sciences, technology, consumer goods and private equity.
I operate at both ends of the spectrum, from shaping strategy with the C-suite to designing the change architecture that gets employees working differently by year-end. My work is grounded in hands-on operating experience across business strategy, M&A, sales and marketing.
Recent consulting projects include directing an enterprise-wide operating model transformation for a $3 billion MedTech client, designing a Global Analytics organization to scale AI and data-driven insights and leading post-merger integrations delivering synergies 10-20% above target. Earlier in my career, I spent 13 years in progressive senior leadership roles at Novartis, including Head of Strategic Planning and Chief of Staff to the CEO, and led the commercial integration for the Novartis-GSK consumer health joint venture (now Haleon). I founded GRŌ Strategies in 2017 to work independently with clients who need more than a deck. They need the transformation to actually land.
